one nice clean bunch of kale, chopped
dried cranberries or cherries or both, a handful of each
pine nuts, cashews, pumpkin seeds, a handful of each..
a nice onion, I like the sweet Vidalias
two avocados
two lemons
salt
pepper
take the avocado and smash in it the kale, massage the kale, beat it with your hands, add lemon juice from two lemons, massage some more, smash it but good!
Add everything else, mix and eat!
Eat it all if you want to!
