That Moon though

This is the blood moon at the temple of Apollo in Greece.  Look how the early Greeks fashioned the position of the statue to hold the moon at such a time during 100 ish year cycles..
wow!  I love the way ancient man worshiped the stars and planned their lives around the cycles of our stars. This very intense reflection of the moon towards our star is so beautiful I could cry! I won't cry though.

I love the stars so much and we all know when I love something, I am loving it for life.

There is so much and it is hot. I love it and my body is killing me but I suppose our star says that every day that it churns our living life fuel.
I walk about 4 miles a day give or take. I talk about it because you would be surprised how much you can't do when you cannot walk. I can walk, I am just saying.
I bought some new shoes, really good ones, Merill's..maybe they will please me for a month or two.

I love good shoes seeing as that I pound pavement all day.
My favorite thing is the dirt outside. Barefoot, no bracero..ha ha This is why I will make this place a haven all surrounded by high and low trees to shield my naked bod from the old neighbors..ha ha again.. My place is so hilly (baby bunny hills) and bumpy cuz the moles live underneath my place in the garden. They have dug tunnels and are nice and safe all winter. In summer,  The tunnels must get cleaned out cuz you can tell  it is more airy to walk on the grass..My plans are to have no grass in the back..none. The deer, he sleeps in the corner on the wild side. Mind you, I live in Livonia, Michigan, a suburb with older tree on this side of town. Like a hidden nature garden because of the old trees here.
Think about that! How few trees you live near to.

Eat right my friends and eat real food not some made of crap that looks like a burger. Make your food yourself so that you can understand what goes in to you each bite. That is my favorite and it goes further..
When your body has the right nutrients, your bones and muscle can be healthier and carry  your heavy ass to next thing.
That is the idea. I see all sorts of gals both fit and not fit..mostly not fit ,go for the fake burger! Okay, all of them are not fit. The fit people have a shopping cart that is clean and no boxes and no fancy two layer plastic and then fancy cardboard on top..None of that fancy labeling will make that food any better for you. My favorite because I love to talk and express ideas. The ability to convert thoughts into discernible sentences is, what makes me who I am. That said, many people love to take my time as if I have nothing going on except that moment with them which can turn in to 30 moments. They add up.
If karmas were real, mine would be that I nurture and have an ear for many. Somehow my talent may be to take the words people say to me and understand that person..somehow, I can see pictures of their internal workings and somehow I sometimes smell decay and black thoughts..
 You know, not everyone who eats brown rice is kind. I would even venture to say that all the restrictions people put on themselves and their bodies, do indeed  make them cranky and mean.

In fact, he never one time replied with, "hey come back so I can rape you some more!" Nope, they fried him on the spot! Ouch!

Let me tell you the kind of man I was married to was a true psychopath..honestly those of you that know me know how much..
When he went to jail, he once again begged me to keep our family together and that he would work his ass off and all this crap I heard before. It happens, you get so attached to someone and forgive and forgive and forgive again and make excuses and how your love is so strong because god does not like a woman who walks away or one who  stands her ground and says, "no, do not treat me that way, I do not like those words you are saying or things you do to me."

That did not happen to Chris..

Yesterday I had a woman complain for ten minutes  about how whole foods has changed and  does not carry all her favorite stuff any more and how it is bad now and changed and blah blah blah.."oh, sorry you can't have your good karma yogurt and eat it while doing yoga" ha ha ha
