Same with flowers and grasses. that is why we must always respect our earth, try. the plastics are not good at all for us, not at all. We are earth. Yesterday, someone tried to save me. Usually it is a very nice customer who becomes enamored by my voice and then the dialog.

I have been taking a wee break from soaping and my inventory is getting dangerously low. It is an exciting time because of course I am building my ingredients and my prep work is what it is about..I am ready to make anything I want really.

These particles are small and that is why you open the flood gates in your hot shower drenching your blood stream with unnecessary metal particles and you are worried about lavender oil in a soap bar.

course she took me to the latest fake soap on our table all beautifully stacked by Sally and colourful..with lovely tags..ah retail!

I think you can be a genius and still the tragedies of life can come upon you and for a split second, you or another  can loose their  shit and some horrid things can happen to you and bamm! After such a dry cold winter, I think some new butters for summer should be in order.

I just ordered shea butter from 3cayg and I am looking at me riches of oils ehe ehe eheee

Here are  simple ideas for shea butter..you have to melt it and then freeze it..perfect
How long do you freeze it?
Ten to twenty minutes and then at room temps for two hours and the refrigerate until you use it which for me, is right away.
Your butter should be at least 50% shea or you will get a grainy hard butter..it happens, try again, less kokum, less mango.
I love shea butter, avocado, olive and,  at about 3% you can add rose hip, argan, cranberry, tomato seed..
too much you have a serum not a body butter. You do not want to smell of omgas anyhow..rose hip oil is heavy.


The best essential oils for skin are ...
all of them
just know that some oils get lost in shea butter so do not add 200 dollars of your sandalwood oil..oh man that would be so good!

a super shot (total of 1/2 teaspoon)of argan, jojoba, rose hip, tomato seed, raspberry seed, even castor oil one drop of casto tho..the best that you can afford. your butter can get spendy if you buy all of these at once.


In winter I love cocoa butter, it is good in summer too, but, the scent is too strong to be mixing with rare oils that will for sure maybe not mix..just saying, it is hard to mask and stinky butter..they all have their own tone.



melt gently all your hard fats
when they are nice and warm take then away from the heat
chill in freezer till they just start to turn
gently whip until you get a nice fluffy thick yet still room temp butter
drizzle your oils in a little at a time as you whip

when you are almost done, add your essential oils

do not let your mixture get too cold is the key:)))

Put in in your clean container and let be for an hour and a day..vanillas take a while to bloom and sandalwood is shy
basil comes at you with high regard and lime is delicious on you
clary sage is sultry and warming
gracious and always  elegant
vetiver and coffee with hints of oakmoss and tobacco neroli
rose with one drop cardamom and one other drop patchouli
I love you my heart, say rose...


The remainder  of your butter in your container can be used for bath salt..just add the salt right in there and basically rub all the extra fat on the salt and now you have your salt scrub for tonight!

poignant and true thinking about the wedding of spring time in to summer

When things are growing in you or out there it can hurt a little. yea?
I worked hard in the last four days of luscious excellent May time! I don't mind.
Oh yea..I am cleaning because a tree freaking fell and broke my pergola and then the clean up..
I have to say, I want a wonder garden this year..with all the birds and butterflies being happy and well fed. I planted wheat for them.
They see me come out and they start singing and carrying on.
"there she is, water lady, she'll dig the worms for us!"

My herbs are coming in too.
There will be a lot of lemon balm, sdravets and wild Baltic impatiens..brambles of all sorts.

I want to tell you that I bought some oils and I smell amazing.. I know it is simple but White Lotus fine sandalwood and Eden's orange blossom absolute, are stunning! Amazingly so and linger till night.
I know some of you will not use modern version of sandalwood oil because you loved Mysore sandalwood so much, I know..
Give this a chance and you will be so surprised at the luxury.
One drop of each thing in top of your  forehead and then
 on all  your softer skin parts.

The nice thing about this blend is they are both a little more viscous than say, lavender so they linger on their own. You can dilute this idea for sure like the Orange Blossom perfume I made..
